Dr. Randy Bixby and Lesli Lamb-Bixby are authors, speakers, trainers, and ICF-certified executive life coaches with a passion for family transformation. Together, they co-host Transforming Families with Randy and Lesli, a top 5% global podcast, and have co-founded Cultural Architects, The Family Institute for Cultural Transformation, The Family Reformation Project, and KHOPAZ: Kingdom House of Prayer Arizona. Residing in Phoenix, they share a blended family of five children and 13 grandchildren, dedicating their lives to equipping families and leaders to restore God’s original design.
